Many Faces...

These pictures are from January, but I like them because they have an artistic edge. I have picked up the camera as an outlet for my artistic passion. I hope to pick up my pencils and paints soon. It has been too long. My boys are definitely a BIG inspiration right now.

My Little Drummer

You know John Paul received some drums for Christmas (thanks Nonni & Bubba:) & he's got the "knack." I thought he would just flail around like a crazy banchi with wooden sticks, but the kids has some rhythym and tempo. He is surprisingly good at two years old (almost 3 on April 8th:). Watch out uncle Mark. I think we have another drummer on your heels!

Evan's Dedication Weekend

This is a taste of Evan's dedication service and weekend. My Dad and youngest brother, Kevin, came down to Kentucky for the celebration, in which we dedicated Evan to the Lord. Michael's parents and siblings also came. It was the only "well" weekend we've had this month. Both Evan and John Paul have been fighting colds, the flu, and ear infections almost this entire month. I have barely seen the outside world. I did still get to preach this past Wednesday. AHHH! I am ready for Spring to come!!!

Evan At 6 Months

I am told that Evan has a "Harmon" forehead & eyebrows (Michael's great grandfather on his dad's side). It's really cool to see the power of genetics shine through. He certainly is cute though. I love his strawberry blonde hair, smile and cheeks. He's really coming into his own looks and personality. At first everyone said he looked just like John-Paul. I never thought that was true. Each child truly is their own person, as God intended. However, both boys have a great laugh! You can definately tell they are brothers.

Is That A Beard?

Look who's sporting a beard these days. Michael had to have divine intervention to accomplish this. Thanks God! Did you note a little sarcasm with that?! You did...

They're Cousins!

Here's a picture of all 4 boys; Nathan included this time. This was a bit of a miracle, as they were all looking in one direction (mostly:) Nathan & Trent (lthe left two) are Marcie's boys. For my side of the family, Marcie is Michael's sister, whom I went to school with at Asbury College. Thanks to her, I married her brother! That's mostly true. I often tell her that I used her just to marry her brother_not true! She is still a good friend of mine. We are so blessed to have boys who can grow up together. God is good!

Brothers & Friends

Well, I decided to start a blog for the Craigs of Kentucky! I realize many have felt neglected in the picture arena, so here is a taste of the Holidays. Of course we had a good time with family and friends over the Christmas season, but Michael and I know it's all about the grand boys (John Paul, Evan, & cousins, Trent & Nathan). At the top left is John-Paul with his new tool set that daddy bought him for Christmas. He will be three in April & is projected to be around 6 foot 5 inches (plus or minus an inch). By the way, that's Trent & John Paul in the top right photo. As you can tell, we have our hands full. Our little one, Evan (bottom left & right), is at a fun stage right now. Everything is a new discovery to him. In addition, everything goes to his mouth, because unlike his brother, John Paul, Evan is not fond of the all powerful "didi" (e.g. pacifier). I just realized I don't have a picture of Nathan on my new hardrive, but I will post one soon! Hopefully this fills your Craig Craving a little. I look forward to adding more to the Craig Chronicles and hopefully you enjoy reading them. Blessings and more to come...
